Dog-Friendly Wedding Venue in Scotland

Branxholm Park is a dog-friendly wedding venue in the Scottish Borders, ideal for couples who want their dog to be part of their wedding stay or wedding day.

For many couples, a dog is part of the family, and it can feel very special to include them in a private country house wedding. Branxholm’s exclusive-use setting helps make this feel more personal and relaxed, while still keeping the day carefully hosted and well managed.

Dogs are welcome at Branxholm Park, provided they are supervised properly and kept under close control. This helps protect the house and gardens, keeps guests comfortable, and makes sure the wedding day runs smoothly.

The aim is simple: your dog can be part of the celebration in a way that feels warm, considered and appropriate for an elegant country house wedding.

Dogs are charged at £39 per dog. This applies whether they stay for the duration of your wedding stay or are just visiting on the wedding day. Please let us know in advance if you would like to include a dog, so everything can be planned properly.

Dogs must be supervised and under close control at all times. If dogs are left alone at any stage, they must be secured in a cage or crate, and owners must pick up after dogs in the gardens and grounds.
