Branxholm Park is situated in its own grounds, right in the heart of the stunning Teviot Valley.  With a commanding elevated and south-facing position, the house enjoys jaw dropping views of some of Scotland’s most beautiful countryside.  The area is lush and green, with an uninterrupted sky line as far as the eye can see.  Salmon leap in the river below, whilst red squirrels and wild deer can often be seen playing in the woodland.

The house is surprisingly accessible.  The entrance gates to the grounds are just off the picturesque A7 route and less than 1 hour from Carlisle and 1 1/2 hours from Edinburgh or Newcastle.
